This was a Design-Build / EPC project for a new 220kV/110kV/20kV substation located in Gulbahar, Kapisa Province, serving as a major grid interconnection hub, including transformers, switchgear, SCADA/EMS, OPGW communication, civil works, and future expansion capability.
